Collection of your data
In the course of your online application, we will collect and process the following personal data (candidate data):
- Your first name and family name as well as your academic degree
- Your address
- Your telephone number(s)
- Your e-mail address
- Your message to us
- Your transmitted application documents (application letter, CV, references, certificates, etc.).
The above data will be collected and processed exclusively in order to fill vacancies within our law firm. They will not be forwarded to third parties, except if you grant your prior expressed consent to such forwarding of data.
Your personal application data will usually be deleted three months after the application process has been finalised, except if statutory provisions stand against such deletion, if the further storage of the data is necessary in order to be able to furnish evidence, or if you expressly consent to the storage of these data beyond the above period.
Retention for future job postings
Should we not be able to offer you a currently vacant job, but are of the opinion that, based on your profile, your application may be of interest for future job postings, we shall store your personal application data for a period of twelve months, provided that you expressly approve of such storage and use.
Rights of affected individuals
