Maximilian Kienzerle advises domestic and foreign companies from the digital economy in the field of general civil law and represents them in court proceedings nationwide (including extensive class actions). Maximilian Kienzerle studied law at the University of Konstanz and the University of Ottawa with a specialization in European Union law. He passed his First State Examination in 2015. Following this, he spent parts of his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at Stolzenberg, a well known corporate law firm specializing on press and media law, and at the Brussels office of leading German law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs. He passed his Second State Examination in Munich.
