
Yannick Skulski studied law at the Humboldt-University of Berlin with a specialization in european and international business and corporate law.
He completed his legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) Berlin. During that time, he spend parts of the legal traineeship with an international corporate law firm as well as with Hambach & Hambach.
Mr. Skulski passed the Second State Examination in 2019.
Yannick Skulski advises national and international companies from the digital economy in the area of public law and in nationwide license application proceedings (e.g. Saxony-Anhalt). Furthermore, he also advises clients on European law, strategic and regulatory issues as well as on compliance topics, in particular in the following areas of expertise:
