| Hambach & Hambach is a law firm in Munich specialising in commercial law, with a focus on German and international law in the TIME sectors: Telecommunications, IT, Media & Entertainment. Courts and practice Custom-tailored consultancy services for major German and pan-European projects as well as large-scale court proceedings are our everyday business at Hambach & Hambach. For instance, we obtained the ground-breaking “Carmen Media decision” before the European Court of Justice on 8 September 2010 (C-46/08) which will probably end the monopoly for online games of chance in Germany. Dr. Wulf Hambach, Dr. Michael Hettich and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Christian Koenig, LL.M. were the representatives for Carmen Media Group Ltd. in these proceedings.
